The existing website was outdated and ineffective, with unintuitive navigation, unengaging visuals, and unclear messaging. This led to a 30% decline in user engagement and a 25% lower conversion rate compared to industry benchmarks. Users struggled to find information and trust the site, and the complex process of setting up and promoting fundraising events caused many to abandon their attempts.

As a UX/UI designer, I was responsible for conducting user and competitor research, creating wireframes and prototypes, designing the UI elements and overall visual style, collaborating with developers to ensure seamless implementation, and iterating on feedback.

Analyzing top competitors like Rotary International, Donorbox, BNI, GroupRaise, and Welcome Wagon, we found that effective communication, user-friendly designs, and simplified processes led to higher engagement and conversion rates.
