The existing website was outdated and ineffective, with unintuitive navigation, unengaging visuals, and unclear messaging. This led to a 25% decline in user engagement and a 30% lower conversion rate compared to industry benchmarks. Users struggled to find information and trust the site, and the complex application process caused many to abandon their attempts to get a quote.

As a UX/UI designer, I was responsible for conducting user and competitor research, creating wireframes and prototypes, designing the UI elements and overall visual style, collaborating with developers to ensure seamless implementation, and iterating on feedback.

Analyzing top competitors like AAMI Life Insurance, TAL Life Insurance, Zurich Australia, MLC Life Insurance, and CommInsure, we found that effective communication, user-friendly designs, and simplified processes led to higher engagement and conversion rates.
